Tulpehocken Area School Board

A nine-member board governs the Tulpehocken Area School District. The board of comprised of area residents with three representatives from the region including Penn Township and Bernville Borough, three representatives from the region including Jefferson Township and Tulpehocken Township, and three representatives from Bethel township.  Board meetings are open to the public.  Only residents of the district may address the board.  All attendees are required to sign in with the recording secretary.

Board Agendas:  Agendas are posted the Friday before each board meeting. Meetings are generally held in the Junior/Senior High School Library on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.  Special meetings are advertised in the Reading Eagle.

Board Minutes: Minutes are generally posted on the website following board approval which typically occurs at the next board meeting.  For expample, the minutes from the April 1, 2008 board meeting will be posted on April 16, 2008.
